I didn't try Nar B, but I am happy with Nar A. I used to wear Acuvue Oasys and before that, Acuvue Advance. The 2 week Oasys would not last for 2 weeks and would tear all the time. I suffer from dry eyes, so I decided to try the dailies. They are more expensive, but you can counteract the cost by not wearing them everyday. You also save money by not having to buy the cleaning solution and storage containers. I tried Acuvue Moist and Acuvue TruEye for a 2 week trial period. I liked TruEye the best and it does retain more moisture than the others I've tried. You may feel like you can't wear them as long as other contacts, but for me, it meets my current needs. Honestly, I would suggest getting a 1-2 week trial box from your doctor and see if they work out for you. Remember, everyone is different.

Comments about 1-Day Acuvue TruEye NAR A Contact Lens, 90 ea:

I had to start using re-wetting drops with the Nar A formula. Eyes were dry within an hour of putting the contacts in; they also caused redness immediately. Definitely going back to using Nar B!

I have been wearing Nar B for years. . .these contacts are like a completely different prescription. I cant see very well - even with reading glasses. They feel dry and gummy. I will not wear them. Lost another customer Acuvue. . .

Comments about 1-Day Acuvue TruEye NAR A Contact Lens, 90 ea:

These contact lenses are awful compared to the older version (Acuvue Trueye Narafilcon B), which I had used for years and loved. Nara-A is the new version, which will totally replace Nara-B soon. With this new, updated version, my eyes are dry, irritated, and scratchy after just a couple of hours of wear. I'm miserable and cannot wait to take my contacts out. I really hope that Acuvue decides to keep Nara-B around, otherwise I'm changing brands altogether.

I am not changing this daily and was advised I could do so every two weeks as long as I take them out and clean them overnight daily.

A little hard figuring out which side is the correct one to put in. Once I figure it out it's fine all day. I switched to this because the lenses I was using before this became very dry during the day (Acuvue 2)

These are so much worse than the Narafilcon B that I have had previously. I thought the optometrist was prescribing the same, but these are not. They are so uncomfortable that I am opting to return the year supply I just purchased and getting the much more expensive Cibavision Total lenses. Up until now I have enjoyed my TruEye lenses (for several years).

I have been wearing contacts for about 6 years now and before finding these lenses I always felt uncomfortable having a lens in my eye. Then because of recurrent eye infections due to my sensitive eyes, I was told not to wear contacts for several months. When I was given the green light, my optometrist recommended I try these lenses and since wearing them I finally feel like I don't have to wear glasses for the rest of my life (ie I found contact lenses that were comfortable enough wear I didn't feel like I had anything in my eyes). I highly recommend these lenses.

I have used the Nar B version for over a year. I agree with previous reviewers that there are several in the B box that were faulty and I had to throw away after a minute of putting them in. The Nar A, I have recently tried after my update eye exam. I found that they were uncomfortable and I wanted to take them out after 2 hours of use. I hope that things are worked out, as I really enjoyed the Nar B's. When they worked, they were the most comfortable I have worn in over 20 years. The Nar A's I will give a few more days, otherwise it looks like I will be switching brands.

I tried to give these a chance since the Nar B was amazing. After a couple hours my eyes were so dry I would need to add eye drops. A few times I even had to put in a new pair during the day. It is not normal for me to have dry eyes. Hopefully I can return and get different lenses.

My eye dr. said some people do not notice a difference and some do with the new formula, so get a trial from your doctor and try them out before ordering.
