*UV Protection: Consumer research has shown that UV protection is an important lens attribute for patients. In fact, 3 of 4 patients report that they want UV protection from their contact lenses, and 1 of 2 say they would switch brands for UV protection. Since 1997, ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses have led the way in UV blocking. All ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses are FDA approved to help provide protection against transmission of harmful UV radiation to the cornea and into the eye.
ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses block approximately 82% of UV-A radiation and 97% of UV-B radiation. On the average, contact lenses without UV blocking block approximately 10% of UV-A radiation and 30% of UV-B radiation(1).

I put my contacts in everyday around 7:00am and dont take them out until around 10pm or 11pm. Thats a good 15 or 16 hours of daily use. Somtimes I leave them in for even longer than that. Only on extended hours near 20-24 hours of wear will i begin to feel dryness or blurred vision. But thats also do to physical fatigue.
I remove them and place them into a case filled with Clear Care solution and let them sit overnight (minimum 6 hours, better if 7 or 8 hours). The next day they feel clean and fresh like a new pair of contacts.

I am very disappappointed in the last full order I made. It was several boxes and so far when I opened two boxes there were two dried out lenses with no solution. I think that your quality assurance team should check and double checdk and triple check every single packet. I am not sure I will be ordering again if this continues. It is a problem.
I tend to wear these all day, and I even meditate for 40 minutes at at time with them in and no problems. They can be a little finicky to put in as they are extremely thin and tend to collapse on my finger occasionally. The thinness, though making insertion sometimes time consuming, does contribute to their comfortable, almost imperceptible fit, so no real complaints here. You take the good with the inconvenient.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I have tried Acuvue Oasys and Acuvue 2 for monovision correction for presbyopia. I much prefer the Acuvue 2. The Acuvue 2 seems to stay in place much better than the Acuvue Oasys. My vision is clearer with the Acuvue 2, probably due to the fact that it stays in place better. I also have no awareness that the Acuvue 2 lens is in my eye. I experience no dryness. I highly recommend this product!

Looking for a great disposable contact lens that is both comfortable and easy to use? If so, then Acuvue 2 Disposable Contacts are an excellent option for you to consider. These lenses provide users with excellent vision (with some users achieving better than 20/20 vision), comfort, and even protection from UVA and UVB rays. The Acuvue 2 lenses can be used for one to two weeks, and then you simply throw them out and start a fresh pair. These lenses also come with the “inside-out” marker to help make sure you insert your lenses correctly the first time – a great time saving feature that can also be very helpful for those new to wearing contact lenses. Eight boxes will provide you with a year’s supply of Acuvue 2 Disposable contact lenses. They are also available in a number of different colors to help enhance, or change the color of your eye.
