My vision, long distance (sign reading while driving) particularly, was seemingly deteriorating. I kept returning for consulations and tweaking, to no avail. I chanced upon a coupon for a free trial of Air Optix and figured that I had nothing to lose. I had very low expectations but, boy, was I surprised!! First of all, they seemed a little stiffer putting in, and I began to grumble. But they settled on my eye within seconds and I COULD SEE MUCH, MUCH BETTER!! I thought I was imagining it, but I realized I could read street signs, directional signs, and even used my readers less. I was sold on Air Optix from that point. The optician neglected to mention that these were 30-day lenses, unlike the two-week Acuvue lenses. So, unfortunately, I discarded them after two weeks and returned to my year's supply of Acuvue. I couldn't stand it. I wanted to SEE! So I went back to order a supply, and that's when the sales clerk told me they were 30-day lenses. So, not only could I see much better, but they were cheaper too! I was going on about it while another customer was being fitted for frames. She chimed in and agreed that SHE COULD SEE MUCH BETTER WITH AIR OPTIX! I was upset that I spent so many years of poor vision unnecessarily. If I hadn't tried these myself, I would still be struggling with vision correction. These lenses are DEFINITELY worth exploring. The fit is different but then, so is the correction, and they might be right for you. Plus, they are HALF THE COST OF ACUVUE! VS Most Liked Negative Review Meh. Yes, they solved the dry problem and my vision is quite clear with them, however, they feel so thick and heavy in my eyes that I am constantly aware that I'm wearing them. Plus, they have no colors. :( Reviewed by 118 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » Pros

Comments about Air Optix Aqua Contact Lens, 6 lenses per box: The Air Optix replaced the Focus Monthlies I was using, which are no longer made. It's a good replacement product, comfortable, breathable. The price is okay; I find contacts to be unnecessarily expensive and these are no exception but they are not exorbitantly expensive. Pros

Comments about Air Optix Aqua Contact Lens, 6 lenses per box: Great contacts. I do change every two weeks. The reason I didn't give it the 5 stars is that for some reason, I feel slight irritation when I first put a new contact in. I feel a slight burning sensation for the first full day of wearing a new contact. Then it goes away and gets really confortable. One thing I like about these vs. the Night and Day version is these are easier to handle as they are thicker. I wear the night and day when I go on a trip where I just don't want to mess with taking contacts in and out--as in when I go camping and having clean hands is a challenge. Pros

Comments about Air Optix Aqua Contact Lens, 6 lenses per box: I have been in O2 Optix for a few years. I haven't had good luck with lenses that are 4 week replacements. However, these fit the bill. They feel good all day long, and even in the second 2 weeks still feel good. Pros
