My optometrist recommended these after I complained that my Acuvues tore easily. These are more durable and no tears yet. Seems thicker than Acuvues which take some getting used to, especially when I first put them in. Also harder to tell whether it's inside out. But comfortable the rest of the day with no problems.

I've been wearing contacts for 4+ years now and before I've always worn Acuvue Oasys. This was the first time I switched contacts since Acuvue was getting a bit out of my price range.

Avaira has nice contacts made of sturdy material, but I don't know why, but they dry out extremely quickly for me. Normally when I put in fresh contacts out of the container, the contacts are super moist and don't bother me all day. However, with Avaira, they will start feeling dry after 6+ hours of wear.

At almost half the cost of the now fixed price Oasys contacts, this is a very equivalent product. Buy the Avairas if your Oasys has gotten too costly; you will not be disappointed

These contacts are the worse contacts I have ever worn. These contacts have something on them - - that makes them blurry. I believe its the saline they are in. Had to get replacement order and am still having the same problem.

I wear these all day long and sometimes forget I'm wearing contacts. I've used other brands and couldn't wear them because they were uncomfortable. I almost gave up on wearing contacts but then was given these to trial. Love them!

Avaira contact lenses are part of the CooperVision contact lens family and are made with quality and comfort in mind. This two week disposable contact lens is made using their Aquaform technology, which helps to lock water into the lens, keeping them moist, to keep your eyes from feeling dry. Disposable lenses are a good option because there is less of a chance for build up to occur on the lens. After the wear cycle is up, throw the old pair out and put in a new pair. Avaira lenses are aspheric lenses, which help focus the light in one common focal area at the back of the eye. Aspheric lenses help give better resolution to images, especially in low-light situations. Avaira lenses are intended for daily wear and are lightly tinted for easier handling.
