About AQUAFORM^® Technology:

Biofinity is different from other high oxygen lenses because it is manufactured from a naturally wettable material that has a higher water content making it softer for better comfort.

AQUAFORM is the technology behind the Biofinity Toric comfilcon A material that makes it wettable and is one factor that makes Biofinity Toric such a comfortable lens.

AQUAFORM^® is naturally wettable and establishes hydrogen bonds with water molecules holding water within the lens making the lens soft, wettable and resistant to dehydration and resistant to deposits.

Biofinity's unique silicone monomers mean that oxygen is transmitted very efficiently through the lens. The result is a lens with very high oxygen transmission AND a high water content.

Biofinity Torics - Sooooooo comfortable!

After a medical emergency relating to my eye, my vision changed after a laser procedure to relieve eye pressure. After that, no contacts felt comfortable, wet enough, especially for extended wear. Tried Acu Vu OASIS, did not do well with them. These have been great - great vision, comfort, ease of use -- I travel a lot, so diff environments (heat, cold, dry, humid) and I LOVE these lens - so glad my Doc recommended them! FYI, I have really bad vision plus astigmatism, and these work perfectly for me!! Best pricing too here at VD!

Worst I've had in 15 years of wearing contact lenses for astigmatism. These will stick to your eyes and in the evening are VERY hard to remove. One or both eyes will turn red from your attempts at removal. Stay with a Bausch&Lomb Optima Toric or even CooperVision Vertex Toric. They do not say "Made in UK" anymore, or where they're made, for that matter. And they take a LONG time to "turn around" (align the notch) when you put them on in the morning.

I felt like a whole new person switching to these contacts. They feel fresh and brand new every day, and they do not dry out my eyes during the day, especially on those days my eyes get dry or tired. They are comfortable and stay on my eyes all day long.

I wear my lenses all day! These are the most comfortable lenses I have ever worn. All of my other lenses make my eyes itch at the end of the day and so far, these have not.

For astigmatism, these contacts are so comfortable. They are a little difficult to keep straight when putting them in as they tend to fold just before you get it in your eye and you have to begin again.

I am glad I purchased these contacts. They are very comfortable & I rarely have to use my contact drops even after wearing them for 10-12 hrs a day. They provide me with super clear vision & no night time glare from lights. This site prices are cheaper than my doctor's office & the most affordable online shop I found.

I have worn contacts for the better part of 15 years and these are fabulous! I need a strong power to correct my vision and these are the best I have worn that come in my script. I wear mine sometimes for 18+ hours a day, and they are always comfortable and breathe really well. Will continue to get these as long as they carry my script.
