My usual never fail lens has been the Acuvue TruEye, but thought I would give the BioTrue a try. The first thing I noticed and liked about this lens is that it is more substantial than other dailies (such as the Proclear dailies, which I use as my multifocal lens, which I've all but abandoned now). I like the feel of the material and it holds it shape and moisture.
The BioTrue did take a minute to settle out once in, but once they did, I didn't notice them the rest of the day -- exactly what I want out of a lens. I spend the majority of the day working at a computer and they've been great, then it's outside to go running and so on and they've been fine from one activity to the next.
Sorry Acuvue, you've been replaced. Now if BioTrue would just come out with a multifocal daily I would be the first in line to give them a try.

First time trying this product. I've been using Soflens for years and I don't see or feel a big difference between the two. BioTrue is a bit thinner and difficult to remove sometimes. Does not relieve or assist with dry eyes. I was expecting something great and better than Soflens but there isn't; at least for me. Maybe my opinion might change when I finish my 90 pack and start using Soflens again. I don't think I would pay double the price for these next time but was glad I at least gave them a try.

These contacts are more comfortable than the Acuvue one originally prescribed. Having previously worn this brand, asked doctor to change prescription to keep wearing BioTrue. Once in a while there is a misshapen one, like with other brands. If you need to keep contacts in all day, this is a more comfortable brand than some of the others.

The daily disposable contacts are great and they are extremely moist. They are also very thin. The thin material combined with the extra moist material makes putting these in slightly more challenging. If you don't get them just right on your finger and have to retry, it can be an issue. The more times you touch it, the more you risk it not being usable. Once a smudge mark is on them, it's nearly impossible to get off. But when they're in, you can't feel them at all. They are the most comfortable contacts I've ever worn in the 25 years of wearing contacts. You can wear them all day but if you start getting to the 18 hour mark or so, they may start to dry out. They don't re-wet very well. Also wanted to point out though that I live in Las Vegas in the very dry air. So dry eyes may not be an issue in other climates.

I've been wearing contacts for almost two decades and find Biotrue to be the most comfortable fit to date. As I allergy sufferer my eyes have become very sensitive with time and I wear these easily for the entire day ( from getting up to preparing for bed) without needing drops. Most importantly, I've never had a tear when putting them in or while wearing. I was wasting other brands due to tearing on a fairly frequent basis.
Highly recommend for all day comfort.

Once you put these contacts in, you won't even know you're wearing them. They're extremely comfortable and easy to put it. I've tried multiple brands and types, and these are by far the best. I highly recommend them.

Great daily contacts, but are a bit more expensive that others. However the cost is well worth the added comfort and ease of use with these.
Contact lens wear and replacement schedules are provided based on manufacturer guidelines for a given lens type. It is strongly recommended that you consult with your eye care practitioner to determine the correct wear and replacement best suited to your needs.
Daily disposable lenses are designed for single use only and should not be used beyond the one day schedule.
