Best cleaning solution EVER!!

I had run into a problem with extra protein buildup on my contacts that normal saline cleaners weren't getting completely off. My eye doctor recommended I try this before having to give up wearing contacts which I had quickly grown to love being able to do.

I read and followed the simple directions and warnings on the package. (You DO have to let it sit for at least 6 hours in the solution for the hydrogen peroxide to neutralize after doing its sterilizing of your lenses.)

I swear, the lenses felt cleaner than putting in a brand new pair out of the package. No minimal stinging upon first insertion at all.

Whether you take them out nightly, or like myself, wear them as many days as you can at a time, this will clean all dirt and protein buildup off of the lenses. It is a gentle saline that it neutralizes to, safe for sensitive eyes (like mine).

Although you have to wait six hours once you put your contacts in to be cleaned, they come out clean and refreshing every time. I always feel like I am putting in new contacts every day, and my contacts never get dry or irritate my eyes like they did before I switched to Clear Care.

My doctor recommended Clear Care several years ago. I have tried other brands now and then, but nothing compares to the 'fresh' feeling of the lens after soaking them in this solution.

Here's the deal: It is the best cleaner I've ever tried. Period. The downsides are minute to me which include the 6 hour wait and the fact that if you aren't careful and you get solution on your fingers and touch your eyes, it burns like hell.

These are easy to work around. I don't use it for traveling or overnight stays elsewhere, but at home its perfect.

Also, an optometrist explained something to me: Just because the solution is no rub, doesn't mean you shouldn't rub. It's like washing your hands without actually rubbing them.

I use this daily and switched to it after almost giving up on contacts after decades. They just were accumulating more gunk - allergies? I firmly believe I am still able to wear contacts because of this product which cleans so well. Yes you have to be very careful and even after waiting the alloted time it can sometimes burn and I don't know why. Always have regular saline close at hand and be ready to pull the contact off, rinse it off with plain saline and try it again. If you are traveling and changing time zones and geting less sleep, you may not get the allotted time to soak so plan ahead and travel with saline also.

I like to wet my fingers when removing my contacts and you can't use this stuff so I keep saline or wetting drops nearby for that. In the morning I can use neutralized stuff in vial to rinse contacts. Ive used this for years and it keeps lenses so clean!

My opthomologist wanted me to use this once weekly in place of my regular cleaning solution because I seem to have a problem with protein building up very quickly. I could definitely tell the difference after using this and think I will probably use it more often than one weekly.
