I have found that when I try other disinfecting solutions to soak lenses at night that eventually protein deposits will develop. This solution really is the one I use consistently to avoid the problem. It requires a special case that must be upright when closed. It is a peroxide solution that eventually because just H20 by the time you're ready to put in lenses. If you don't keep the lens case closed tightly then the solution won't convert to H20 and thee could be an issue with irritation.
Price is no better than what I can find in the stores.

I had run into a problem with extra protein buildup on my contacts that normal saline cleaners weren't getting completely off. My eye doctor recommended I try this before having to give up wearing contacts which I had quickly grown to love being able to do.

I read and followed the simple directions and warnings on the package. (You DO have to let it sit for at least 6 hours in the solution for the hydrogen peroxide to neutralize after doing its sterilizing of your lenses.)

I swear, the lenses felt cleaner than putting in a brand new pair out of the package. No minimal stinging upon first insertion at all.

Whether you take them out nightly, or like myself, wear them as many days as you can at a time, this will clean all dirt and protein buildup off of the lenses. It is a gentle saline that it neutralizes to, safe for sensitive eyes (like mine).

My only issue with the twin pack is that it comes with just one new container. My husband and I both love this product and use it but cannot use a twin pack because of just one new containr to hold the contacts.

Please consider adding a second container to your twin pack and I will definitely buy it this way!
