I have worn contacts for 25+ years and have sworn to Acuvue. The "TruEye" was the cutting edge 1 day disposable and very consistent and comfortable. My Optometrist recommended the " Dailies" and I noticed a significant difference immediately. They are super moist, soft and well forming. Vision is crisp and clean. A little pricy, but totally worth it.

I've been wearing contact lenses for Over 17 years. I've been using Acuvue Oasys Dailies for the past 10 years. However, I've noticed that my eyes still felt dry at the end of the day. I've heard Total 1 was going to stay moist, longer. I've found Total 1 to be only slightly better than Acuvue but the really frightening part was that these contacts lenses are very, very slippery and difficult to remove. I've never had so much trouble trying to remove a a pair of contact lenses out of my eyes. The whole process took at least 5-10 minutes. I would definitely recommend using the trials for at least a week before committing to buying the packs.

I'm in front of the computer a lot, majority of the day. This brand is very comforting and keeps my moist. When I do need to add drops in my eyes, the contacts don't move around. The one issue I have is the pricing

Comments about Dailies Total 1 90 Contact Lens, 90 ea:

These stay moist all day without the need for eye drops. They are so moist that it makes it a little difficult to get out of my eye at night. I also wear Ciba Vision Dailies AquaComfort Plus- they are made by the same company and are 1/3 of the price. They are just as good- get a little bit more dry than the Dailies Total but way less expensive. I toggle back between both contact brands depending on how long I need to wear them.

Comments about Dailies Total 1 90 Contact Lens, 90 ea:

I was wearing Acuvue Moist and Trueye before trying this brand. I had some problems with eyes become dry towards the end of the day and also vision that was not sharp sometimes. The remarkable thing about the Total dailies is that my vision is much sharper with these contacts on compared to the other brands. It is slightly more comfortable in moistness than the other brands and so they last a little longer during the day into the evening too. I did have some problems removing them initially but now I got the hang of it.

I have used other daily wear contacts and I have found these are best to combat dry eye. I don't seem to need to use drops as often and I can wear them longer without experiencing discomfort. They are a bit slippery so may be a little tougher to put in, but they are definitely worth it if you can afford the extra cost.

Comments about Dailies Total 1 90 Contact Lens, 90 ea:

Initially, I noticed slightly clearer vision with these lenses and the best thing is that much less additional solution and fewer moisture drops are needed. I have dry eyes and these may be the best quality dailies on the market. However, I am not convinced they are worth the additional expense. They are over twice the price of the previous brand of daily wear lenses I used. I have worn contact lenses for over 50 years.

Comments about Dailies Total 1 90 Contact Lens, 90 ea:

After my doctor told me these were the best dailies on the market and that their was nothing quite like them I decided to give them a try. First and foremost they felt very uncomfortable on my eyes. Every time I looked to far to the right or to the left they would slip causing me a lot of discomfort throughout the day. I took them out multiple times in the same day hoping they would fit better but no luck. Second, these contacts are extremely slippery and very difficult to take out of your eyes. As an experienced wearer for years I don't even need a mirror to remove my contacts but with these every time I gently pinched my eye to remove them they would just slip further into my eye. I'm very disappointed in these lenses as I was hoping for a contact breakthrough for my dry eyes. Don't waste your money on a box try samples first if you must try them, I couldn't bear to wear them for more than 3 days before switching back. I think the biggest problem with them is that they are way to slippery causing them to move to much.

Great lenses. A little slippery since they are coated in silicone. They can also be hard to take out at times.

I used to wear Acuvue Moist and I have tried the True Eye as well but didn't see any difference between the two. When I tried these I was amazed by the improvement. They are so comfortable that I can no longer stand wearing my Acuvue. Hopefully the price comes down in the future, but these are worth the extra cost for me. I can wear them all day without even noticing that they are in.

I was previously using Acuvue TruEye, which also is a great lens. The Dailies Total 1 are at least as comfortable, but for some reason are better for me than the TruEye during pollen season. They're also a little bit more comfortable at the end of the day, and my vision is a little sharper. They're a good bit more expensive, though, so I think that it can be a hard decision between these and another lens that's nearly as good.
