Comments about Opti-Free Daily Cleaner, .66 fl oz:
I had to switch to this product after many years of using Pligel. I like this product but can no longer find it any where. Why are you not continuing products for people who need to use this product along with Unisol 4? My eyes can't tolerate any of the other products no matte how much you say they are for "sensitive eyes". I'm at my whits end.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I was forced to switch to OptiFree when Pliagel was sadly taken off the market after i'd been using it for about 20 years. I have had no eye troubles, but I think the lenses don't last quite as long (don't stay quite as squeeky clean) with the OptiFree as they did with the Pliagel. The first bottle, I was shocked by how quickly I used it up. Then I read the directions and realized I needed ONE drop per side of the lens, not 3. So it must be more concentrated. Now it lasts a reasonable amount of time. I use it with AoSept solution to disinfect post-cleaning, and once a week with Ultrazyme enzyme tablets for extra protein removal. I once kept vial lenses 3 years comfortably with these cleaners in use, and i've NEVER had an eye infection, either!
