These are the BEST contacts I've ever used. Especially since I now need a multi-focal due to my poor aging eyes. I used to use Ciba Vision 30-day contacts and had to switch to Proclear for multi-focal.
I never take them out during the month - I leave them in 24hrs every day.
They last 3-5 weeks every time.
I've NEVER torm a lens - I have no idea what these people are doing that they tear the lenses so miuch. These are the thickest contacts I've ever worn and it would take alot of pressure or extreme dryness to tear them. I always put a little saline drops in my eyes efore removing the contacts. Maybe they should try that instead of prying them out of the eyes without solution.
Anyway, I can't say enough good stuff aout these lenses.
Couldn't be happier!!

Very comfortable - I can wear them all day long and almost forget to take them out at night. Easy to put in and take out.

But - they tear in half very easily! I haven't had a single lens last for a month - and one started to tear after only 1 day! At this rate, my one year supply will probably only last 3-4 months! Had one lens tear as I was removing it - half the lens was stuck on my eye and required a trip to optometrist to have it removed.

I definitely won't be buying these again!

Comments about Proclear Multifocal Contact Lens, 6 lenses per box:

I have been wearing these lenses for several years, and my vision is great with them. Only problem is that there is almost always one lens in my right eye box that is uncomfortable right away, and I have to throw it out.

Comments about Proclear Multifocal Contact Lens, 6 lenses per box:

Too often I will open a brand new box of lens and 1 or more will be damaged. Just a slight tear, but cannot be worn and have to discard it. Very frustrating and expensive!

I was told I wouldn't be able to wear contacts any longer due to vision restrictions, found an awesome eye doc who used both mono vision and multifocal lenses, BAM! My vision has never been better!! Thanks!

Comments about Proclear Multifocal Contact Lens, 6 lenses per box:

A friend says these are weighted, and seem difficult to put in. I don't have anything to compare them to, but I can get them in and out fairly easily. I wear these from 8am to 8pm, by then they are ready to be taken out. But my eyes aren't tired or dry. I work in a bank, on a computer screen, paper work and customer service all day. So happy NOT to be carrying my glasses with me all day. So very glad I tried these. I tell EVERYONE over 50 to try these.

They break and it's very difficult to get the pieces out.
Otherwise I was happy with them. I have dry eyes and can wear them for many hours.

They do dry out though in certain environments especially in the car with the defroster on

I wear these daily, putting on in the morning and taking out at night. I have never slept in them, and I use solution constantly to keep them wet. It's great that there is a multi-focal, but it doesn't work that well.
These contact lenses are uncomfortable. Most every pair feels like they have tiny "burrs" on them, or a rough edge. Additionally, I have had numerous ones tear apart while in my eye. They thin quickly, too, from wear, and it's difficult to make them last a full month.

These are great for everyday use! If traveling for a long time(say, over 15-20+hrs)- you can carry a new lense, just in case the lense drops aren't helping. Lenses rip a little to easily sometimes when this brand gets too dry(as compared to other brands I have used).

Presbyopia and eye dryness are two common conditions that happen to our eyes as we age. For years, most contact wearers had to contend with presbyopia – the loss of the ability to see objects up close (like menus, and other text), by wearing reading glasses. Proclear Multifocal lenses were specially designed to help with both presbyopia and eye dryness by using both their patented PC Technology and their Balanced Progressive design to create lenses that give you great vision, regardless of whether the distance is near or far (or anywhere in between). In fact, these multifocal lenses are the only ones that have been FDA approved to be used to help improve the comfort for contact lens wearers that experience discomfort and dryness due to contact lens wear. If you’ve been developed presbyopia and are in need of a multifocal contact lens, Proclear Multifocal lenses may be a good option for you to try.
