These allow me to see well both near and far (can read while watching TV and to see road signs and dashboard instruments while driving) without reading glasses. They tear so easily that I have to buy them much more frequently than 2 boxes per year per eye. This problem has only started occuring the last 6 months. I have used Restasis for years (for dry eyes), and I am always careful NOT to put the drops in while I have contacts in. In the mornings, I always wait at least 30 minutes after using Restasis to put in my contacts. Have you had any recalls on Proclear Multifocal Torics due to tearing and blurred vision? Pros

Comments about Proclear Multifocal Toric Custom Lens, 6 lenses per box: the unfortunate thing about the contacts is the tearing in the eye. i have had several break into 2 pieces in my eye and it is hard to get the pieces out. they also sometimes come with a chip in the side before i have even worn them. getting a replacement is impossible. Comments about Proclear Multifocal Toric Custom Lens, 6 lenses per box: When presbyopia caught up with me I was looking for a non-glasses solution. My right eye is almost perfect distant vision. Left has a -.75 cylinder. A single left eye N-type contact seems to do a very good job of allowing me good corrected near vision without compromising my distance vision. I tried a D-type in the right eye but this really compromised my distance vision overall, so it's a single left eye N-type multifocal toric for me!! No tears like other complain of but I don't rub them, they are far too delicate for that type of abuse. Often forget to remove them at night they are so comfortable. Pros

My vision cannot be corrected to 20/20 with contacts due to myopia, presbyopia, and astigmatism, and I have dry eye syndrome, but these contacts correct it enough for me to function. They stay moist longer. Just wish it did not take 3 weeks to get them. Pros
