I've been a ProClear customer for 10+ years, mostly because they were the first lens I tried that was available in my prescription, and I never felt a need to change brands. When I needed to change prescriptions last year, my optometrist didn't have ProClear lenses in my prescription level on-hand, so she gave me a different brand. I didn't think the difference between brands would be so noticeable, but it was. I was relieved when my ProClear lenses arrived at the doctor's office. ProClear lenses are so comfortable that I hardly feel them on my eyes. With my prescription strength, lenses are undoubtedly expensive, but these are worth the cost because I feel I am taking good care of my eyes. The only downside I've experienced is that lights (e.g. headlights) produce a glare at night when I am wearing my contacts. This is not unexpected for contact lens wearers, though, and the positives far outweigh the negatives with these lenses. Comments about Proclear Sphere Contact Lens, 6 lenses per Box: These contacts are comfortable but they tear so easily. I never have a pair that lasts a month because I end up tearing them. And I am very careful with them. They just tear easily. I guess that's why they are comfortable because they are so thin but I wish they could figure out a way to keep them from tearing. It gets expensive having to replace them sooner than I should need to. Pros

Comments about Proclear Sphere Contact Lens, 6 lenses per Box: They do tear occasionally, despite my being very careful. But they are comfortable and are "modern miracles." Pros

Cons Best Uses Comments about Proclear Sphere Contact Lens, 6 lenses per Box: The only lenses I could find in 8.2 base curve in my prescription. They're more comfortable than the last brand I used but a few of the lenses (2 of 6) had a mfr defect - some sort of burr that was uncomfortable - and had to be thrown away. Overall I'm very pleased. Comments about Proclear Sphere Contact Lens, 6 lenses per Box: I have been wearing contacts for about 15 years (since I was 12) and this has been the best one yet. I've tried Acuvue Oasis, AirOptix, etc. and none of them have kept my eyes as moisturized and have felt as comfortable as these. I'll stick with these from now on. Displaying reviews 31-40
