I have been using contacts for years and I just recently tried thesein exchange for the acuvue I used to wear.
These contacts are good and really cheap. They stay moist for long periods of time and are comfortable to wear the whole day.
The only down-side these contacts have is that they tear easily. They tend to stick together when you pinch it out of your eye and then it's easy for them to rip when you are trying to pull it apart again. This, however, I deal with by keeping the contact moist when I am taking them out.

Overall, I think these contacts are a very great buy. They're cheap and just as comfortable as expensive contacts. I hope you enjoy them, too!

Not sure what happened, I have used this same brand and type of lenses for a long time and never had any bad issue, but this time it was different, this batch was defective. After 15 minutes of putting on a new pair of lenses everything towards the center of vision seemed a bit blurry, after cleaning them and putting them on one more time it happened again after 15 minutes and, worst of all, any type of light seemed badly refracted and with halos around it making it impossible and dangerous to wear ie drive!. Had to take these off, contact my eye doctor to make sure my eyes were ok and ship them back right away. Customer service on the phone seemed concerned and understanding. Waiting for refund now.

I am still on the hunt for a good brand of contacts. I have tried acuvue oasys but found that they would get dry after a while but my eyeballs would instantly hurt when put in (but no reddness). I also used acuvue advance and found that thoses contacts would work great but only for 6-8 hours. Then I tried these contacts. They do feel moist during use and don't dry out. The problem I had is that my vision is blurred/doubled. The contacts themselves are hard to clean because they tear easily and fold up the second you try to clean them. I think i'm going to try proclear or O2optix next :/

Comments about SofLens 38 (Optima FW) Contact Lens, 1 box:

These are the best 2 week contacts I have used. I was using acuvue 2/advance and these are much better than them. They don't give me cloudy vision like other contacts. I have a pretty strong prescription and need clear crisp vision from my contacts for daily use. These contacts fit the bill perfectly and are also cost effective. I can get 2-3 weeks of perfect vision from these. I really don't have anything bad to say about these contacts, they don't tear and are durable but then again I have been wearing contacts since i was 13 so I know how to care for and handle my lenses well. Overall these contacts are great and I plan to stick with this brand.

I had some headaches in the first days, maybe because of the strong vision correction I need and the long time since I had contacts. The lenses are excellent price for the quality!

I thought they were pretty good for my first time trying contacts. They are barely noticeable for most of the day. I don't know if it's just me but towards the end of the day they dry out a bit so I have to use eye drops half way through the day to keep my eyes moist. They are easy to put in and take out but again because they got dry towards the end of the day when I do take them out if I'm not careful it will stick to itself. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

Comments about SofLens 38 (Optima FW) Contact Lens, 1 box:

I have used these contacts since I was 12 years old. I have tried other brands and always go back to these. I would occasionally use Acuvue Oasys with Hydaclear and they are uncomfortable, rip easily, collect dirt, are very hard to take out, and do not do well for extended wear.

I wear a pair of the Soflens for at least 3 months at a time and I do not take them out at night. So these contacts really stand up to the challenge of extended wear. My eye doctor told me to try the Pure Vision HD contacts, so I did, and I ended up getting an ulcer in my right eye. Needless to say, I went straight back to my trusty Soflens.

These contacts are inexpensive, long wearing, confortable, and easy to put in and take out. They are perfect for beginners and confident contact wearers alike. I cannot think of any cons, but if I had to say something it would be that they are a little more tinted than other lenses, so they can be seen in the eyes from very close up.

I have worn contacts for almost 20 years. I have tried lots of different brands over the years and keep coming back to this one. They are very comfortable. They are thin (so sometimes tears easily), but it helps with the comfort. I also always have night-vision problems with other brands, but not this brand. Down-side is they are sometimes hard to order. Not often stocked. My order took a while to get.

If you are new to contact lenses, you may want to try the SofLens 38 contact lenses that are made by Bausch & Lomb. These lenses, formerly known as the SofLens Optima FW, are thin and durable, making them an ideal choice for first-time wearers. They are also a great choice for “veteran” contact wearers as well. The SofLens 38 is a 1-2 week disposable lens, and is made with a deposit resistant material to help keep the eye comfortable and the vision crisp and clear. They can be worn on a daily basis or as an extended wear lens for up to seven consecutive days – ask your eye care professional what wear schedule would work best for you. The SofLens lenses are also slightly tinted and have an inversion indicator to help the wearer insure putting them in correctly, a great time saving convenience for all contact wearers.
